HOUSTON, TX (March 29, 2019) – Yellowstone College Prep is pleased to welcome Arthur L. Bryan, II to its board of directors effective March 21, 2019.
“We are pleased to welcome Arthur to the Yellowstone College Prep board,” said Ryan Dolibois, Yellowstone’s superintendent. “He brings with him a wealth of experience and joins our board during an exciting time as we continue to grow into high school and build out our school for the future. With his legal expertise and proven record of leadership, Arthur will complement our board’s already impressive skill set.”

About Arthur L. Bryan, II
Arthur is an attorney within the Contracts and Procurement Function of Bechtol Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, Inc.. He has served as in-house counsel and in commercial roles supporting large-scale complex engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. His experience includes negotiating EPC agreements, advising projects and management teams on contractual obligations, risk mitigation strategies and dispute resolutions.
Arthur earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the West Virginia University College of Law. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX. In his spare time, Arthur enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, and giving back to his community through various philanthropic endeavors.
