To claim your referral(s), email us at admissions@yellowstoneschools.org. Make sure to include the name of the student you're referring. Once your referral applies, we'll put you down for an additional 50 entries!

Official Terms and Conditions for the Television Raffle
Eligibility: This raffle is open exclusively to legal guardians or parents of students currently enrolled or new students who are enrolling at Yellowstone Schools, Houston, TX, who are 18 years or older. Current employees of Yellowstone Schools and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The raffle begins on February 19, 2024, and ends on March 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Participants can earn entries by (1) referring new students to Yellowstone Schools and (2) completing early registration for the upcoming school year. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Winner Selection: A random drawing will be conducted on April 1, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be contacted via email or phone.
Prize: One (1) VIZIO 43 Inch 4K Smart TV. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified within five (5) business days following the winner selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within ten (10) business days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Privacy: Entrants agree to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this raffle. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Yellowstone Schools and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this raffle, from any claim or liability for any injury or loss or damage arising from their participation in the raffle or their acceptance or use of the prize.
Compliance: This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Sponsor: The raffle is sponsored by Yellowstone Schools, located in Houston, TX. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Amendments: The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Sponsor is final.
