Thank You for Making
Party in the Park a Success!
You helped us raise $649,763 to support the students at Yellowstone!
Thank You for Helping us Raise $649,763!
Through your generosity, Yellowstone’s Party in the Park was a success even before it took place!
We have seen our donors show up in a BIG way during this unprecedented time. Through your donations, you have helped us distribute more than 40,000 meals and lend out nearly 200 Chromebooks for distance learning. Thank you for helping our teachers and staff finish the year strong and begin preparing for next year!
You have to stay home so you can’t come here…
After much hopeful waiting and deliberation, our event chairs and leadership team have decided to cancel Party in the Park for this year. We were so eager to gather together that we moved the date twice in hopes to see you; but, even with the hopes of our state opening back up, we do not think an event of our scale will be an option for early June.
Even though we won’t be meeting together for this event, we are counting it as a victory!
You ensured the event was successful and Yellowstone was supported when we most needed it which is why we couldn’t wait to tell you thank you from our students and staff in their homes. Not only did your donations help, but the expenses we are saving by not having the event are helping us set-up for success next year! We are already planning on Party in the Park 2021 and hope you will join us when we can safely reunite on a large scale.

Honorees
ANNE & CLARK THOMPSON
The Webster Dictionary defines faithful as “steadfast in affection or allegiance,” which is the type of friend Anne and Clark Thompson have been to Yellowstone the past 17 plus years. Clark has served on the Yellowstone Academy board since almost the first day of its existence; and, steadfastly continues his service as he steps into the Board Chairman role this year.
When Yellowstone was moving into the first building, the Thompson family came to assemble desks for the inaugural students. From that day forward, Anne and Clark have seen the school through many transitions and new acquisitions, served as event chairs and lent their time, talent and treasure in every way they were able. They have dedicated a piece of their hearts to the success of Yellowstone’s students and have loyally stood beside the school through thick and thin. In 2020, we are thrilled to honor our true-blue friends, Anne and Clark.
