Yellowstone Schools’ Teaching Fellows program is a one-year position and experience for new teachers. The fellow will spend a year in programming, learning from a mentor teacher, and gradually increasin their teaching responsibilities before moving into a lead teaching role the following year. During this year, fellows will also receive professional development from school leaders and coaching and development from a mentor teacher. At the successful conclusion of the yearlong program, fellows will be ready to assume a lead teaching position.
This role supports a lead teacher with daily classroom activities, student management, lesson planning, and interventions. It also involves monitoring student transitions, assisting with school policies and disaster preparedness, and substituting as needed. Professional growth, collaboration, and a focus on student success are key aspects of the job.

The Chief Financial and Operations Officer oversees the school district's financial and operational functions. This executive position requires strategic leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the district's administrative and financial systems.
The Controller position ensures the Chief Financial Officer is well-informed on the schools' financial affairs, adhering to GAAP and state and federal regulations. The role involves evaluating and implementing accounting procedures, protecting assets through internal controls, managing grants and donations, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements. Additionally, the Controller leads financial analysis, budget preparation, and compliance reporting while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial records and reports.
The school bus driver transports passengers to and from school and special events. They will ensure adherence to safety rules and may assist passengers in boarding or exiting.
The bus chaperone will assist the bus driver in maintaining discipline while the bus is in operation, maintain proper records and documentation, and assist students in loading, unloading, and seating arrangements, as required.
