Mayor Sylvester Turner and Council Member Dwight Boykins honored Yellowstone College Prep’s Chairman of the Board, Lionel Jellins, by proclaiming today as Lionel R. Jellins Day in recognition of his outstanding record of volunteer service and leadership.
